Quality & Continuous Improvement

To support our Vision, Mission and POL, a robust quality and continuous improvement system is in place. This consists of 7 main areas: Plan for Continuous Improvement, A Quality Council, POL Activity Program, Clinical Audits, Surveys, External Reviews and Feedback Channels. In addition, all services provided by the Home are certified and monitored on a continuous basis by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency.

Representative outcomes to our quality and continuous improvement efforts include our multiple awards supported through innovation in research.
