From help with the cleaning, gardening, shopping, relocation services or Allied Health programs, right up to complex health care needs, you’d be surprised by all the ways we can lend a hand.
MONTE Help@Home supports both Consumer Directed Care (CDC) packages and Fee for Service clients.

If you’re not sure what options are available to you, not sure what help you need, or just want someone to talk to, our 1800 MONTE Hotline is staffed by healthcare professionals 24/7 just waiting to help. It’s the number to call for all your needs.
It helps to have a personal MONTE Co-ordinator design and manage a program adapted to your preferences. As such case management should be the least of your worries. Be it budget planning, checking the finer details, or updating package information, leave that to our Co-ordinators to worry about.
With such an array of Allied Health talent covering Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Arts, Music, purpose built Day Centres, and much more that support your health and wellbeing. MONTE Wellness programs allow you to maintain, improve and enhance wellbeing your way.
From help with domestic services to shopping, companionship, managing your medications, checking your blood pressure or changing a dressing, our skilled MONTE Health staff are there to lend a hand. All in your own home tailored to your goals and outcomes.
You’ve got a life to lead and we won’t keep you waiting with MONTE Tracker. It’s a GPS tracking device linked to all our homecare staff, available to you so you know exactly when they’ll be arriving.
How to apply?
If you are eligible for a CDC, we will require an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) to review your need and determine your level of eligibility. You can self-refer to the ACAT or request your GP to provide a referral. Our team can assist and refer you.
Anyone can access the Fee for Service arm of Homecare by calling 1800 251 537. Our staff will provide a verbal quote and payment is by credit card. If your service requirements are more extensive we provide an Agreement to formalise the arrangements.
How does it work?
Our Co-ordinator listens to your support needs. We come to your home to discuss this with you. The visit is complimentary.
We match your needs with the services and work with you and your family on developing a plan.

I was Cinderella today. Had a most wonderful morning. Left here and met my daughter for a morning show of ‘The Theory of Everything’ which is an excellent movie. Then the best part was coming back to find my place vacuumed, mopped and the washing and ironing done – let alone that Dave was fed!! Unfortunately the clock struck midnight and I am back in my rags!!
Ruth is an absolute treasure. Please let me know when she is back again and when we will do the Wednesday ‘time out’. Hopefully she will be back for the 18th.
