Personalised Expert Care
This care can range from assistance with personal care, domestic duties, respite care, companionship, overnight care, 24 hour live-in or live-out care and help with day to day activities.
For example assisting people with showering, getting dressed, assisting toileting, (whether they are incontinent or not) as well as general hygiene and grooming such as shaving and medication management.
Or it may be assisting an individual with cleaning or tidying the home, meal preparation, dish washing, clothes washing/ironing, grocery shopping, vacuuming and more
An Individual Care Plan will be devised by a Co-ordinator to ensure the best quality of care is delivered.
