Neville Rubinstein has a long history with Montefiore, having been a Volunteer for more than 20 years. He joined the staff of Montefiore nine years ago and served as acting CEO, and then Executive Director of the Home.
When he stepped down from his role in April 2009 he was co-opted onto the Board. Neville is a certified practicing accountant and insolvency practitioner.
During his time with the Home Neville has made an outstanding contribution and played an integral part during a period of sustained growth, which has seen the Home double in size to become one of the finest providers of residential aged care in Australia. Neville has served on the Admissions Committee, Finance Committee, Operations and Quality Committee, Religious Committee, Community Relations Committee, Montefiore Development Committee. He is the Home’s representative on the Jewish Board of Deputies and the Council of Orthodox Synagogue of NSW.
Neville is married to Ros who also has a long history with the Home as a Volunteer. They are Life Governors of the Home.
They have two children and two grand children
