This includes “Monte Gardens”, a secure 24-bed unit within our Hostel, catering for Residents with early-stage dementia. Most Hostel rooms are single, with a small number of double rooms. All are bed-sitting rooms with en-suite bathroom, furnished with built-in cupboards, wardrobe, small fridge and individually-controlled air conditioning. There are no kitchen facilities in the Hostel
rooms. All meals are served in the Hostel Dining Room.  The Hostel maintains 4 dedicated Respite Rooms for Residents seeking short term accommodation.

A 45-bed Dementia Unit (Special Care)

The Special Care Unit is home to Residents with dementia or other cognitive impairment. Accommodation is provided in single rooms with en-suite bathrooms. This section of the Home has its own dining rooms, lounges and garden area, which are specifically designed to be cosy and homely, to help facilitate a sense of familiarity and security for Residents.

A bed high-care Nursing Home

This facility caters for the physically dependent or frail-aged Residents who have higher care needs than can be serviced in other areas of the Home and who require 24-hour nursing care. Nearly all rooms are single, furnished with built-in wardrobes. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom.
